摘    要:目的了解母婴同室病房应用新的健康教育模式(产科健康教育挂历包括各种图文并茂、形象生动的图片、宣传画等以及宣教)所取得的健康教育效果。方法随机抽取2009年8月-2010年8月在我院产科住院的240例孕妇作为观察组,同期选取产科病房240例产妇作为对照组,对照组采用传统的功能制健康宣教,观察组采用新的健康教育模式。比较护理干预后两组产后母婴并发症的发生率情况、产后健康教育的综合满意度情况及纯母乳喂养率等。结果干预后观察组产后母婴并发症的发生率、健康教育的综合满意度及纯母乳喂养率等情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论产科健康教育挂历及宣传画是一种新颖的护理干预方法,有效地降低了母婴并发症的发生率,提高了健康教育的满意度,保证了产科护理服务质量,值得临床上推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effectiveness of a new health education mode(obstetric health education calendar included a variety of high-quality and vivid image pictures and publicity posters with written explanations) on maternal-infant-same-ward nursing care.Methods Two hundred and forty pregnant women hospitalized in Department of Obstetrics,the People’s Hospital of Liuyang from August 2009 to August 2010 were randomly selected to serve as observation group.At the same time,240 pregnant women in Department of Obstetrics were served as control group.The women in control group were received functional health education,while a new health education mode was applied in observation group.After the interventions,the incidence rate of maternal and infant complications,the comprehensive satisfaction rate of postpartum health education and the breast-feeding rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the interventions,the incidence rate of maternal and infant complications,the comprehensive satisfaction rate of postpartum health education and the breast-feeding rate in observation group were all superior to those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Obstetric health education calendar and poster is a new nursing intervention method which effectively reduces the incidence of maternal and infant complications,improves the satisfaction degree of health education,and ensures the quality of service.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
