| 摘 要： | 目的对我院2006—2010年收治的恶性肿瘤病例进行分析,为恶性肿瘤的防治提供参考意见。方法对死亡病案进行检索及对死因报告系统中报告的1 584份病例,进行回顾性分析。结果显示各种恶性肿瘤有逐年增长的趋势,年龄越大发病率越高,且有统计学意义,性别间无统计学差异。5年间恶性肿瘤的排位顺序为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、白血病、乳腺癌、直肠癌、结肠癌、骨髓瘤、甲状腺癌、子宫癌;死亡率排位顺序为肺癌、肝癌、结肠癌、胃癌、脑癌,年龄间及性别间有统计学意义。结论恶性肿瘤预防胜于治疗,应加强恶性肿瘤的一、二级预防。 |
