| 摘 要： | 多囊卵巢综合征是一种病因未明的异质性功能障碍性疾病,主要表现为不孕、肥胖、高血脂,胰岛素抵抗和高雄激素血症。瘦素是肥胖基因的表达产物,瘦素受体在中枢和外周组织中选择性的表达。瘦素通过瘦素受体起作用,研究发现瘦素受体与多囊卵巢综合征之间存在一定的关系,表现在瘦素受体与多囊卵巢综合征性肥胖、高脂血症、不孕、胰岛素抵抗和高瘦素血症之间的关系。

| Abstract: | Polycystic ovary syndrome is a heterogeneity dysfunction disease with unclear pathogeny.Its main manifestation are sterility,obesity,hyperlipemia,insulin resisitance,high hemocrinia.Leptin is the expression product of obesity gene.Its receptor can be selectively expressed in centrol and peripheral tissue.Leptin can play its role by its receptor.Researches showed that leptin receptors have somewhat correlation with polycystic ovary syndrome,which mainly includes the relationship of leptin receptor with obesi... |
