职业性慢性苯中毒患者感染并发症的预见性护理

目的探讨对职业性慢性苯中毒（occupational chronic benzene poisoning,OCBP）患者感染并发症的预见性护理。方法对2005年8月—2010年2月深圳市职业病防治院收治的35例职业性苯中毒患者实施预见性护理并对预防和控制感染并发症的情况进行总结。结果 35例患者入院3和6个月内未发生感染并发症者分别为12和5例。已发感染者治疗护理1周后感染明显好转,1个月后感染得以控制。结论采用针对性的预见性护理,可预防OCBP患者感染并发症的发生,控制已有感染的进一步发展,促进病人康复,提高护理质量和病人的满意度。

Predictive Nursing Care of Infectious Complications in OCBP Patients

[Objective]To study the predictive nursing care of the infectious complications in the occupational chronic benzene poisoning （OCBP） patients.[Methods]The predictive nursing care to 35 patients suffering OCBP and the prevention and control of infectious complications from August 2005-February 2010 were summarized.[Results]Of 35 patients,12 patients in 3 months and 5 cases in 6 months had no complications.The infection of patients was improved markedly after 1 week of nursing care,and was controlled well after 1 month of nursing care.[Conclusion]Targeted predictive nursing care can prevent infectious complications occurring on OCBP patients,It＇s effective to control those patients＇ infection,to promote their rehabilitation,and improve nursing quality to increase their satisfaction.
