复方雪参胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床应用

目的探讨复方雪参胶囊联合治疗良性前列腺增生症（BPH）的疗效与安全性。方法130例患者随机分为治疗组65例与对照组65例，治疗组口服复方雪参胶囊＋非那雄胺＋多沙唑嗪，对照组服用非那雄胺＋多沙唑嗪，分别于治疗180d后比较两组的病情程度改善情况及IPSS评分、QOL评分、最大尿流率、膀胱残余尿及前列腺体积的变化。结果治疗组IPSS积分下降了42．05％（P〈0．01），QOL评分下降1分（P．〈0．05），前列腺体积减少20．0％（P〈0．05），膀胱残余尿下降41．48％（P〈0．01），最大尿流率提高4．9ml/s（P〈0．01）。对照组IPSS积分下降了27．86％（P〈0．01），QOL评分下降1．2分（P〈0．05），前列腺体积减少19．15％（P〈0．05），膀胱残余尿下降27．96％（P〈0．01），最大尿流率提高2．9ml／s（P〈0．05）。两组间IPSS评分、膀胱残余尿、最大尿流率及有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗期间均无严重不良事件发生。结论口服复方雪参胶囊是良性前列腺增生症的有效辅助治疗方法。无严重不良反应。

Clinical study on treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia with fufangxueshen capsule

Objective To investigate effect and safety of Fufangxueshen Capsule in the accessorial treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH). Methods 130 BPH patients were randomly divided into treatment group(65 patients)and control group(65 patients),The treatment group received Fufangxueshen Capsule Finasteride Doxazosin,and the control group received Finasteride Doxazosin tablet for 180 days. Results Remarkable differences were found in all of the data in two groups. In treatment group IPSS decreared to 42.05%(P<0.01). QOL score lowered down 1 score(P<0.05),Volume of prostate shrinkage reduced 20.0%(P<0.05),residual urine volume decreased 41.48%(P<0.05),maximum urine flow rate increased 4.9ml/s(P<0.01). In control group data were 27.86%,1.2 score 19.15%,27.96%,and 2.9ml/s respectively. Significant differences were also found between the two groups in IPSS decrease rating,maximum urine flow increase and residual urine volume decrease(P<0.05). No serious undesirable accident occurred in both groups. Conclusions Fufangxueshen capsule is effective accessorially for benign hyperplasia of prostate,with no serious side effect.
