对慢性心力衰竭患者实施院后健康教育的探讨

目的:通过对慢性心力衰竭患者的追踪随访,了解系统的健康教育对心力衰竭患者预后的影响。方法:对204例心力衰竭患者进行为期3年的门诊随访,制定教育计划,监测其症状与体征,记录其遵医行为,实施健康教育,观察药物疗效和心功能指标。结果:接受规范治疗和系统健康教育的患者与未能定期随访的患者比较,规范组患者心功能明显好转,三年病死率、再住院率明显降低。其中,16例患者心功能检查结果完全恢复正常。

The study of health education program to the discharged patients with chronic heart failure

Objective: To investigate the effects of a comprehensive health education program on the patients with chronic heart failure.Methods: Two hundred and four patients with chronic heart failure were followed up for three years. During follow-up period, a healtheducation program was given to the patients and the compaints and signs of the patients , freqencies of participating the education program, as well as cardic function were recorded. Results: Compared to the patients who fewer paticipated the education program, those whoregularly took part in the program had a improved cardiac function, a lower mortality and rehospitalization. Conclusion: The comprehensivehealth education program can improve the prognosis of the patients with chronic heart failure.
