磺胺嘧啶银联合胰岛素换药治疗褥疮的护理体会

目的探讨磺胺嘧啶银联合胰岛素针换药治疗褥疮的临床效果。方法将232例褥疮患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各116例,治疗组采用磺胺嘧啶银联合胰岛素针进行护理,对照组采用传统方法护理。结果治疗组和对照组两周内有效率分别为80.2%和68.1%,治疗组的疗效显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论磺胺嘧啶银联合胰岛素用于褥疮患者的换药治疗能明显加速褥疮的愈合,是一种有效的治疗方法,值得推广。

Nursing experience of Silver Sulfadiazine combined with insulin in decubitus ulcer

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of external application of Silver Sulfadiazine combined with insulin in decubitus ulcer.Methods 232 patients with decubitus ulcer were divided randomly into the treatment group and the contrast group,each group has 116 cases.in The treatment group were treated with Silver Sulfadiazine combined with insulin,the contrast group were treated with traditional methods.Results The therapeutic effective rate of treatment group was 80.2% after two weeks,while the therapeutic effective rate of contrast group was 68.1%,and the therapeutic effect of treatment group was remarkably higher than that of the contrast group（P0.05）.Conclusion Silver Sulfadiazine combined with insulin has a good therapeutic effect on patients with decubitus ulcer,can be widely used.
