连续性Nd：YAG激光腋臭去除术与微创剪刮法腋臭去除术的疗效对比

目的比较连续性Nd：YAG激光腋臭去除术和微创剪刮法腋臭去除术的疗效。方法2006年3月至2012年2月分别采用连续性ND：YAG激光腋臭去除术（34例）和微创剪刮法腋臭去除术（46例）治疗80例腋臭患者。所有病例均获随访,随访时间6月至5年。结果激光组总有效率为82.4%,手术组有效率为95.7%。激光组并发症主要有瘢痕增生（3例）,色素沉着（20例）,手术组并发症主要有血肿（3例）、术区皮肤坏死（3例）、腋部皮肤浅表感染（2例）、瘢痕增生（2例）。结论微创剪刮法腋臭去除术和连续性Nd：YAG激光腋臭去除术疗效相同。手术治疗具有痊愈率高、复发率低的优势,但是存在血肿、术区皮肤表皮坏死、感染等并发症。而激光治疗的并发症发生率低,具有操作简单、时间短、恢复快等优点。在临床工作中可根据患者的实际情况和需求进行选择。

Therapeutic comparison of the bromidrosis treatment by consecutive Nd-YAG laser and micro-incision of trimming and curettage

Objective To compare the efficacy of the bromidrosis treatment by consecutive Nd-YAG laser and micro-incision of trimming and curettage.Methods From March 2006 to February 2012,80 patients with bromidrosis were treated with consecutive Nd-YAG laser（34 cases） and micro-incision of trimming and curettage（46 cases） respectively.All patients were followed up for 6 months to 5 years.Results Total effective rate in the Nd-YAG laser group and the micro-incision of trimming and curettage group was 82.4% and 95.7% respectively.The complication of the Nd-YAG laser group were scar proliferation（3 cases） and pigmentation（20 cases）.The complication of the micro-incision of trimming and curettage group were hematoma（3 cases）,skin necrosis（3 cases）,skin superficial infection（2 cases） and scar proliferation（2 cases）.Conclusion There are the same efficacy of the bromidrosis treatment by consecutive Nd-YAG laser and micro-incision of trimming and curettage.There are some advantages of higher cured rate and lower recurrence by the micro-incision of trimming treament.But there are also some complications of hematoma,skin necrosis and skin superficial infection.The treatment by Nd-YAG laser had the lower complication and there are advantages of simpler maneuverability,shorter operation time and rapid recovery.We should choice the treament by the situation and requirements of patients in the clinical work.
