靶控输注丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的比较研究

目的:比较靶控输注丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床效果。方法:66例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组各33例,观察组采用靶控输注丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉,对照组采用静吸复合麻醉。观察比较两组患者诱导前、气腹后收缩压、舒张压的变化、血氧饱和度、术后平均拔管时间、平均睁眼时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者收缩压、舒张压诱导前与气腹后比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者术后平均拔管时间、睁眼时间均明显短于对照组,两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:靶控输注丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉可以为腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者提供良好的麻醉效果,安全可靠。

THE COMPARISION OF THE ANESTHETIC EFFECT OF TARGET CONTROLLED INFUSION(TCL)PROPOFOL TOTAL INTRAVENOUS ANESTHESIA(TIVA)AND INTRATRACHEAL GENERAL ANESTHESIA DURING LAPAROSCOPIC CHLOECYSTECTOMY

Objective： To compare the effect of target controlled infusion （TCL） propofol total intravenous anesthesia （ TIVA ） be- tween intratracheal general anesthesia during laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods：66 patients undergoing LC were divided in- to the observation group and the control group 33 patients in each group. Observation group received target controlled infusion propofol total intravenous anesthesia and the control group received intratracheal general anesthesia. The SBP, DBP, SpO2, the mean postoper- ative extubation time, the average time to eye opening and adverse reactions were measured before anesthesia and after peritoneal insnf-flation of CO2. Results：The SBP, DBP and SpO2 of observation group patients before anesthesia and after peritoneal insufllation of CO2 showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with the mean postoperative extubation time and the average time to eye opening observation group patients were significantly shorter than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） ; The incidence of the side effect of ob- servation group was lower than control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Target controlled infusion propofol total intravenous anesthesia can provide good anesthetic effect for patients with laparescopic cholecystectomy.
