| 摘 要： | 医院的业务流程可以分为核心流程和辅助流程。核心流程以患者为中心,而辅助流程应以医务人员为中心。优化辅助流程,为医务人员提供人性化服务,为临床科室减负,能够促进核心流程发挥更大的效益。

| Abstract: | Hospital business procedure can be classified as core process and supporting process.Patients are the focus of the core process and medical staffs are the focus of the supporting process.Optimizing the supporting process,namely executive process,can offer medical staffs humanistic service to relieve the clinical departments,and then facilitate the core process to realize more benefits. |
