改良综合康复疗法联合高压氧治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的临床观察

目的探讨改良综合康复疗法联合高压氧对脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的影响。方法将117例脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者按人院顺序分为康复组（59例）和对照组（58例），康复组在常规治疗的基础上给予改良综合康复疗法联合高压氧治疗，评价吞咽功能及肺部感染情况，并与对照组进行疗效对比。结果康复组及对照组治疗总有效率分别为89．8％和60．3％，两者间有高度显著性差异（X^2=13．64，P〈0．01）；康复组及对照组治疗后肺部感染率分别为18．6％和39．7％，两者间有显著性差异（X^2=6．26，P〈0．05）。结论改良综合康复疗法联合高压氧可以明显改善患者的吞咽功能，促进患者早日康复。

The clinical observation of the treatment of the improved synthetical recovery therapy combining hyperbaric oxygen in the swallowing dysfunction patients caused by apoplexy

Objective To discuss the influnce that the improved synthetical recovery therapy combining hyperbaric oxygen has on the swallowing dysfunction that the apoplexy patients have.Methods Divide 117 patients with swallowing dysfunction into the recovery group(59cases)and the control group(58 cases)by the order of the admission.In the recovery group doctors adopt the improved synthetical recovery therapy combining hyperbaric oxygen on the base of routine treatment,evaluate the swallowing fuction and pulmonary infection situation and compare the treatment effects with the control group.Results The total effective rate of the recovery group and the control group are respectively 89.8% and 60.3%,there is highly significant difference between them(X2=13.64,P＜0.01);After the treatment,the rate of pulmonary infection in the recovery group and the control group are respectively 18.6% and 39.7%,there is significant difference between them(X2=6.26,P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of the improved synthetical recovery therapy combining hyperbaric oxygen can improve the patients'swallowing function obviously and help patients recover soon.
