| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液透析滤过(HDF)发生透析器首次使用综合征(FUS)的临床特点。方法将167名患者按治疗模式不同分为HD组和HDF组。采用同一方法对透析器预冲,观察HD组和HDF组在治疗过程中发生FUS次数、类型和特点。结果HD组和HDF组分别使用10853支和707支新透析器进行治疗,HD组发生FUS80例次(0.737%)(A型15例,B型65例),HDF组为59例次(8.345%)(A型18例,B型41例),HDF组发生FUS次数显著高于HD组(p<0.01)。结论进行血液透析滤过时FUS的发生率明显高于血液透析,提示FUS的发生可能与HDF透析器种类不同及HDF的对流原理有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the incidence and clinic feature of first-use syndrome(FUS) in hemodialysis(HD) and hemodiafiltration(HDF).Methods 167 patients were divided into the hemodialysis group and hemodiafiltration group.The incidence, the type and the feature of FUS were compared between the two groups.Results 10 853 and 707 dialyzers were used in the hemodialysis group and hemodiafiltration group respectively, the incidence of FUS was 80(0.737%) (typeA=15,typeB=65) and 59(8.345%) (typeA=18, typeB=41) respectively in HD and HDF group.There was significent diference between the incidence of FUS in HD group and HDF group.Conclusion The incidence of FUS may be correlative with the dialysis patterns. |
