埃索美拉唑与莫沙必利联用治疗胃食管反流病疗效观察

目的:探讨埃索美拉唑与莫沙必利联用治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的疗效。方法:60例GERD患者,采用随机双盲法分成两组,治疗组30例,给予埃索美拉唑40mg/d,莫沙必利5mg,3次/d,口服。对照组30例,给予法莫替丁20mg,2次/d,莫沙必利5mg,3次/d,口服,于治疗后2、4、6周观察胃烧心、反流、反酸、非心源性胸痛等症状的缓解情况,并于6周后复查胃镜,观察食管炎治愈率。结果:治疗组治疗2、4、6周后总有效率分别为80.00%,86.67%,96.67%,对照组治疗2、4、6周后总有效率分别为53.33%,63.33%,66.67%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组治疗6周后内镜下A、B、C-D级食管炎治愈率分别达92.86%,84.61%,66.70%,对照组治疗6周后内镜下A、B级食管炎治愈率分别为40.00%,30.77%,C-D级食管炎治愈率为零,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:埃索美拉唑与莫沙必利联用是治疗胃食管反流病的有效方案。

Esomeprazole and Mosapride in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective: To investigate esomeprazole and Mosapride in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) effect.Method: 60 cases of patients with GERD,a randomized double-blind method is divided into two groups,the treatment group of 30 patients given esomeprazole 40 mg / day,Mosapride 5 mg,3 times a day,orally.Control group of 30 patients given famotidine 20 mg,twice a day,Mosapride 5 mg,3 times a day,oral,2,4,6 weeks after treatment observation stomach heartburn,reflux,and anti-acid,non-cardiac chest pain and other symptoms of mitigation,and in the six weeks after the review gastroscopy,observation esophagitis cure rate.Result: The treatment 2,4,6 weeks after total efficiency were 80.00%,86.67%,96.67%,the control group 2,4,6 weeks after total efficiency were 53.33%,63.33%,66.67%,Comparison of the two groups is very significant difference(P <0.01) in the treatment group within six weeks after the endoscopic A,B, CD-esophagitis cure rates were up 92.68%,84.61%,66.7%,the control group for 6 weeks after endoscopic A,B esophagitis cure rates were 50.00%,30.77%,CD-esophagitis cure rate of zero,the two groups are significantly different(P <0.01).Conclusion: Esomeprazole and Mosapride combined with the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is effective programmes.
