皮肤鳞状细胞癌及基底细胞癌的免疫组化研究

了解皮肤鳞癌和基底细胞癌中Ｐ５３及增殖细胞核抗原的表达，探讨其与肿瘤分化，恶性程度及预后的关系。方法；用免疫组化ＳＰ法检测５１例鳞癌及５２例基底细胞癌中Ｐ５３和ＰＣＮＡ的阳性表达。结果；皮肤鳞癌中ｐ５３积经为４３．１％，其中高分化与中等分化，低分化鳞癌之间差异有显著性。

Immunohistochemical study of p53 and PCNA in cutaneous squamous epithelial cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma

Objective:To detect p53 and PCNA in squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma and to study their relationship to differentiation,degree of malignancy and prognosis of cancer.Methods:p53 and PCNA were detected with immunohistochemical technique.Results:The results showed that p53 positive rate in squamous cell carcinoma was 43.1%.There was a significant difference between well differentiated and intermediate,poorly differentiated cases.PCNA expression was also related to the cell differentiation.The p53 positive rates in basal cell carcinoma was 1.9%.The expression of PCNA showed no significant difference between poor and well difference between poor and well differentiated cases.Conclusions:The p53 and PCNA expression is closely related to squamous cell carcinomas differentiation.They may serve as an indicator of malignancy.
