二维及彩色多普勒超声对桥本氏病的诊断价值

目的探讨二雏（2D）及彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）对桥本氏病的诊断价值。方法应用二雏及彩色多普勒超声对经病理组织学明确诊断的30例桥本氏病患者进行检查，并对检查结果及其超声表现特征进行分析。结果2D超声显示呈弥漫回声减低型者25例（83．3％），结节型者5例（16．7％）；桥本氏病患者的甲状腺上动脉收缩期流速（VS）与阻力指数（RI）与正常对照组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．01）。结论桥本氏病的2D及CDFI表现具有一定特点，有助于临床诊断及与Graves病相鉴别。
