| Abstract: | | Case | A 58-year-old woman was referred to the hospital with a 2 monthshistory of anorexia, fatigue, cutaneous nodular swellings, recentlydeveloped acute renal failure and hypercalcaemia. On admission,her blood pressure and pulse were normal and physical examinationrevealed (+) pretibial oedema and reddish nodular swellingson her face, elbows (Figure 1) and legs.
