安徽省马鞍山市2006—2007年流感监测分析

目的了解马鞍山市流感流行动态，为流感的防治提供科学依据。方法统计监测医院流感样病例（ILI）数据，采集部分ILI咽拭子标本，用MDCK细胞进行流感病毒分离，采用血凝抑制实验进行流感病毒型别鉴定。结果马鞍山市2006—2007年共报告流感样病例15904例，流感样病例就诊百分比为6．63％。采样2656例，分离出病毒358株，病毒分离率为13．48％，其中A型H1N1亚型142株、A型H3N2亚型49株、B（Victoria）型72株、B（Yamagata）型96株。结论2006—2007年马鞍山市流感发病呈现冬春季及夏季两个峰，应进一步加强对流感的监测。

Analysis on the monitoring of influenza in Maanshan from 2006 to 2007

Objective To explore the epidemic trend of influenza and pandemic virus variation in Maanshan, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of influenza. Methods The ILI data of monitor hospitals and some ILI nasopbaryngeal specimens were collected, then influenza virus was isolated by MDCK cells, and influenza serotypes were identified by HI. Results 15 904 cases of ILI were reported from 2006 to 2007. The detectable rate of influenza like illness in outpatients was 6.63 %. 2 656 nasopharyngeal specimens of ILl were collected, and 358 strains of influenza virus were isolated, with isolation rate of 13.48%, of which 142 were HIN1 subset influenza A virus, 49 were H3N2, 72 were Victoria subset influenza B virus, and 96 were Yamagata. Conclusions During 2006 and 2007 two peaks of influenza-like illness in outpatients was in winter-spring and summer seasons of each year. More attention meeds to be paid to the monitoring of influenza.
