芪莲纤化汤减轻大鼠慢性肝损伤的动态观察

目的]通过对体质量、肝脏病理、肝功能等指标变化的检测,动态观察芪莲纤化汤减轻实验大鼠肝损伤的作用。方法]采用四氯化碳(Cl4)伤害的方法复制大鼠慢性肝损伤模型,中药组、西药组分别于造模开始时给予芪莲纤化汤、联苯双酯滴丸进行灌胃。于造模第1、2、3、4、5、6周末,观察大鼠的一般状况及血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)值;于第3、6周末,进行大鼠肝组织苏木精-伊红(HE)、Masson染色,以观察其组织病理学改变。结果]芪莲纤化汤可以明显改善四氯化碳伤害所致大鼠的一般状况和肝脏病理学改变,降低血清ALT、AST的水平,提高ALB含量。结论]芪莲纤化汤确可通过减轻肝脏的病理学改变、保护肝功能来减轻大鼠肝损伤的程度。

Dynamic observation on the effect of Qilian Xianhua decoction on chronic liver injury in rats

Objective] To dynamically observe the ameliorating effect of Qilian Xianhua decoction on liver injury through examining the changes in body weight,liver pathology,liver function in experimental rats.Methods] Chronic liver injury was produced in rats by injecting carbon tetrachloride for six weeks.Qilian XianHua decoction and Dimethyl diphenyl bicarboxylate were administrated per oral in different rat group for six weeks.The general condition and serum ALT,AST,ALB and CHE were detected every week;Pathology of liver was observed by HE and Masson staining at the third and sixth week.Results] For experimental liver injury of rats,Qilian XianHua decoction can significantly improve the general condition and pathology of liver,decrease the level of ALT and AST,increase the level of ALB.Conclusion] Qilian XianHua decoction shows a significant protective effect against the chronic injury of liver in rats.
