2012年佛山市流行性出血热监测结果分析

摘    要:目的掌握佛山市流行性出血热的流行特征,以制定相应的防制政策。方法采用流行病学研究方法,对佛山市2012年流行性出血热流行概况、健康人群及宿主动物监测结果进行分析评价。结果 2012年全市共报告流行性出血热病例63例,发病率为0.87/10万,较2011年上升18.26%,全年均有病例报告,呈春季流行高峰,分布于全市5区,主要集中在南海区,以中青年农民和商业服务为主,流行病学调查显示大部分病例为本地感染。鼠类监测显示全年鼠密度平稳,平均密度为1.50%,鼠类带毒率为5.63%。重点职业人群抗体水平监测显示存在隐性感染,且不同地区、不同年龄组间差异均有统计学意义,总体阳性率为3.64%。结论佛山是以家鼠为主的混合型疫区,分析证实存在本地传染源,其中重点职业人群有隐性感染现象,应以病例相对聚集地区为重点,加强鼠类及人间疫情监测,采取灭鼠、健康宣教等综合防治。

Abstract:Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF)in Foshan city and set up the corresponding preventive and cure countermeasures. Methods The epidemic situation of EHF in Foshan, 2012, and the lab testing results of health people, and the surveillance results of mouse host were analyzed by epidemiological methods.Results A total of 63 EHF cases reported in Foshan in 2012, with the morbidity of 0.87 / 100 000, about 18.26% increase than 2011. The cases were reported all around the year and distributed in the whole city; most of the cases were concentrated in Nanhai country. Most of the cases were occurred in young and middle-aged farmers and commercial services. The epidemiological investigation showed that most of the cases were local infection. The rat density was relatively stable, average around 1.50%, and the murine virus carrying rate was 5.63%. The lab testing results showed there was silent infection and regional differences in the health peoples from difference occupations, with the positive rate of 3.64%. Conclusion Foshan city was a mixed epidemic area mainly on house mice. There were local infection and silent infection of EHF, so that we should strengthen the surveillance of rodents and human disease, especially in cases aggregation area, and take comprehensive prevention and control measures.
