摘    要:目的分析2010-2011年湖北省血吸虫病国家级监测点监测结果,为制定血吸虫病防治对策提供科学依据。方法依照《全国血吸虫病监测方案(试行)》开展16个监测点的疫情监测工作,并对监测结果进行统计分析。结果2010-2011年16个监测点居民血吸虫感染率分别为0.89%和0.40%,2011年与2010年相比下降了55.06%;耕牛平均感染率分别为1.41%和0.81%,2011年与2010年相比下降了42.55%;2010年渔民感染率最高,2011年农民感染率最高;2011年活螺平均密度、感染性钉螺平均密度和钉螺感染率与2010年相比分别下降了42.44%、78.95%和62.71%。结论与2010年相比,2011年湖北省国家级监测点血吸虫病疫情出现了明显下降,但疫情仍不稳定,需进一步加大传染源控制力度,加强耕牛管理以及查灭螺工作。

Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the schistosomiasis endemic situation in the national surveillance sites of Hubei province in 2010-2011,in order to provide the scientific basis for schistosomiasis control. Method The surveillance was carried out in 16 national surveillance sites of Hubei province according to the national surveillance protocol. Results In the 16 national surveillance sites in 2010 and 2011,the infection rate of residents was 0.89% and 0.40%,respectively; compared with 2010 the infection rate was dropped 55.06% in 2011. Cattle average infection rates of 2010 and 2011 were 1.41% and 0.81%,respectively; with a decrease of 42.55% in 2011. In 2010 fishermen had the highest infection rate and in 2011 farmers had the highest prevalence. In 2011 live snails average density,infected snails average density and prevalence of infected snails when compared with those of 2010 showing a decrease of 42.44%,78.95% and 62.71%,respectively. Conclusion Compared with 2010,the schistosomiasis endemic situation in the national surveillance sites of Hubei province in 2011 has decreased obviously,but as the recurrent of the disease,the control of infectious sources and the management of cattle should be strengthened,as well as the snail control.
