摘    要:目的将传统的萋-尼(Ziehl-Neelsen)染色法进行改进,提高麻风杆菌的阳性检出率。方法对商洛疗养院68例麻风病人和121例疑似病例用传统的萋-尼(Ziehl-Neelsen)染色法和改进的萋-尼(Ziehl-Neelsen)染色法进行实验室检测,病理切片做进一步比较。结果改进的抗酸染色法麻风杆菌阳性检出率明显高于传统的萋-尼(Ziehl-Neelsen)染色法,前者阳性检出率为70.4%,后者为44.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.07,P0.05)。改进的抗酸染色法麻风杆菌切片着色率高、染色效果佳。结论改进的抗酸染色法优于传统的抗酸染色法,为麻风病的实验室诊断和筛查提供了靶方向。

Improved acid-fast staining techniques to improve the detection rate of Mycobacterium leprae in the application

Abstract:Objective The traditional luxuriant to improve Nigeria(Ziehl-Neelsen) staining, increased the positive rate of leprosy. Methods Use leprosy 68 patients and 121 suspected case from Shangluo sanatorium in laboratory testing about Decolorization of raditional Ziehl- Neelsen acid- fast staining and improved study of acid- fast staining techniques.Results Improved detection of acid-fast staining in the positive rate of leprosy patients is higher than the traditional aspects of Ziehl-Neelsen acid-fast staining,the former positive rate of 70.4%, the later is 44.4%;improved acid-fast staining of mycobacterium leprae slicecoloring rate. Conclusion The improved acid-fast staining method is superior to conventional acid-fast staining of leprosy for the laboratory diagnosis of leprosy and provides targets creening direction.
