摘    要:目的分析漳州市学校突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法对漳州市2007-2013年报告的学校突发公共卫生事件资料进行分析。结果2007-2013年漳州市共报告学校突发公共卫生事件86起,占突发公共卫生事件总数的73.50%。事件类型以传染病事件为主,占97.80%。事件报告主要集中在11月至次年1月、4~5月。高发场所为小学,占69.77%。农村学校事件罹患率(4.67%)高于城市学校(1.86%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=622.33,P0.01)。结论漳州市学校突发公共卫生事件防控重点应放在小学和农村学校,应加强教育和卫生部门联防联控机制,采取行之有效的防控措施。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies at schools in Zhangzhou and provide evidences for the prevention and control strategies. Methods The public health emergencies at schools reported from 2007 to 2013 in Zhangzhou were analyzed. Results Eighty-six public health emergency events at schools were reported in Zhangzhou from 2007 to 2013 accounted for 73.50% of all reported events.The major events were those caused by communicable diseases,accounted for 97.80%. Public health emergencies mainly occurred during November-January and April-May. Primary schools were the major place where the outbreaks occurred(69.77%). The attack rate in rural schools(4.67%)was higher than city schools(1.86%). Conclusion In order to take effective prevention and control measures,public health emergencies should focus on primary schools as well as schools in rural areas in Zhangzhou, further more,education and health departments should strengthen joint effect to better prevention and control.
