腹腔镜与开腹胃癌切除的疗效比较

目的:比较腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗胃癌的效果。方法:回顾腹腔镜胃癌根治术与传统开腹胃癌根治术的病历资料,通过手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清除数目,胃肠道功能恢复时间和术后住院时间,分析腹腔镜胃癌根治术与传统开腹胃癌根治术的疗效。结果:腹腔镜组术中出血量指标优于传统开腹组,而腹腔镜组手术时间长于传统开腹组。淋巴结清除数目两组没有显著性差别。腹腔镜组的胃肠道功能恢复时间和术后住院时间短于传统开腹组。结论:腹腔镜胃癌切除术在技术上是可行和安全的,而且具有微创、术后康复快等优点。

Comparison of therapeutic effect of laparoscope and open operation on gastric cancer

Objective：To compare therapeutic effect of laparoscope and open operation on gastric cancer.Methods：The clinical data of gastric cancer treated with laparoscope and open operation were analyzed.The therapeutic effects were evaluated with the time of operation,the bleeding volume during operation,the number of removed lymph nodes,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and length of stay after operation.Results：The bleeding volume during operation of laparoscope group was less than that of the open operation group,but the time of operation of laparoscope group was longer than that of the open operation group.The number of removed lymph nodes,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and length of stay after operation of laparoscope group demonstrated advantage over that of open operation group.There was no difference of the number of removed lymph nodes between the two groups.Conclusion：It is feasible and safe to treat gastric cancer with laparoscope,which has minimal invasive and fast postoperative rehabilitation.
