多囊卵巢综合征患者血清DHEA-S与SHBG检测的临床意义

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEA-S)及性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)检测的临床意义。方法选取159例PCOS患者为实验组,136名健康女性为正常对照组,采用化学发光微粒子免疫分析法(CMIA)检测血清中DHEA-S、SHBG水平。结果 PCOS组血清DHEA-S水平(294.66±106.76)μg/dl明显高于正常对照组(254.47±76.18)μg/dl,差异有统计学意义(t=3.678,P0.01)。PCOS组血清SHBG水平(45.45±21.63)nmol/L明显低于正常对照组(64.18±33.04)nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.834,P0.01)。PCOS组血清DHEA-S与SHBG之间存在负相关关系(r=-0.202,P0.05)。结论 PCOS患者体内DHEA-S水平升高,SHBG水平降低,DHEA-S与SHBG联合检测对PCOS的诊断具有一定的参考价值。

Clinical significance of laboratory testing of DHEA-S and SHBG in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of laboratory testing of dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate（DHEA-S）and sex hormone binding globulin（SHBG） in women with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）. Methods Take 159 PCOS patients as experimental group and 136 healthy women as normal control. Test the level of DHEA-S and SHBG in serum from those two groups with chemiluminescence microparticle immunization analysis（CMIA） method. Results DHEA-S level of serum is significant higher in PCOS group（294.66 ±106.76） μg / dl than in normal control group（254.47 ±76.18）μg / dl（P0.01）. SHBG level of serum is significant lower in PCOS group（45.45±21.63）nmol / L than in normal control group（64.18±33.04） nmol / L（P0.01）. Negative correlation is found between DHEA-S and SHBG in PCOS group（r =-0.202,P〈0.05）. Conclusion This study suggest that changes of DHEA-S and SHBG in serum may be reference in clinical diagnosis of PCOS.
