伐昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗频发性生殖器疱疹疗效观察

目的:探讨口服复方甘草酸苷联合伐昔洛韦治疗频发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将入选的80例患者随机分为两组,两组均口服伐昔洛韦150mg,2次/d;治疗组同时口服复方甘草酸苷3粒,3次/d。均3个月为1个疗程,随访半年,1次/月。结果:治疗组复发率为17.50%,对照组为47.50%,两者差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:口服复方甘草酸苷联合伐昔洛韦治疗频发性生殖器疱疹具有较好的疗效。

Therapeutic efficacy of famciclovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin on frequent relapse gential herpes

Objective：To study the therapeutic efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with famciclovir on frequent relapse gential herpes.Methods：Eight patients with frequent relapse gential herpes were randomly divided into two groups.The patients of both groups were treated with famciclovir 150mg per time,two times daily.The patients of treatment group were treated additionally with compound glycyrrhizin 3pills,three times daily.They were followed up once a month for half a year.Results：The recurrence rate was 17.50%in the treatment group and significantly lower than that in the control group（47.50%,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Compound glycyrrhizin combined with famciclovir was effective in treatment of patients with frequent relapse gential herpes.
