| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经额外侧入路切除大型嗅沟脑膜瘤的手术方法及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院神经外科2013年3月至2014年4月利用显微外科手术切除的18例大型嗅沟脑膜瘤患者的临床资料。手术均采用额外侧入路。结果肿瘤全部切除(SimpsonⅠ、Ⅱ级)17例,次全切除(SimpsonⅢ级)1例,无手术死亡病例,术后随访疗效满意。结论经额外侧入路分块切除大型嗅沟脑膜瘤符合微侵袭手术理念,可以作为大型嗅沟脑膜瘤手术切除的一种选择术式。

| Abstract: | Objective The surgical treatment for the large olfactory groove meningiomas via frontolateral approach and its efficiency are discussed.Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with large olfactory groove meningiomas treated by microsurgery via the frontolateral approach from March 2013 to April 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Total removal of tumor （Simpson Ⅰ,Ⅱ） were achieved in 17 cases and subtotal removal of the tumor （Simpson Ⅲ） in 1 case.No patient died from the microsurgery.The curative effect was satisfactory in all the patients during the follow-up.Conclusion The removal of large olfactory groove meningioma via frontolateral approach conforms to the concept of minimal invasive surgery,which can be regarded as a choice for the removal of large olfactory groove meningiomas. |
