肾病综合征并急性脑梗死的危险因素及治疗方法

目的探讨肾病综合征并发急性脑梗死的危险因素及治疗方法。方法分析总结近八年323例肾病综合征中并发急性脑梗死34例患者的临床特征及不同治疗方法的疗效。34例随机分为治疗组18例，对照组16例，均给予常规治疗，治疗组加用低分子肝素钙及血塞通，对照组加用低分子右旋糖酐加丹参。结果肾病综合征并发急性脑梗死的危险因素依次为TLA、高血脂、老年人、严重的低蛋白血症；治疗组总有效率94.4％，对照组87．5％，有显著性差异（P〈0．015）；治疗组血流变各项指标明显改善，头颅CT影像学检查显著改善；应用低分子肝素钙及血塞通无明显副作用。结论应用低分子肝素钙及血塞通治疗肾病综合征并发急性脑梗死安全有效。

Risk factor and therapy of nephrotic syndrome with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To analyse the risk factor and therapy of nephrotic syndrome(NS) with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 323 cases of NS included 34 cases with acute cerebral infarction. Clinical features and effect with different therapy were analysed. 34 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group (18 cases) was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin and Xuesaitong; the control group (16 cases) was treated with low molecular weight dextran and salvia. Results The risk factor of NS with acute cerebral infarction were TIA, hyperlipemia, the elderly, severe hypoalbuminemia in turn. The total validity was 94.4% in treatment group,and 87.5% in control group. There was a remarkable difference (P<0.05). The manifold indexes of hemorrheologic, the photocopy of skull CT were improved obviously. There was no significant side-effect in using low-molecular-weight heparin and Xuesaitong.Conclusion It was safe and available for treating nephrotic syndrome with acute cerebral infarction by using low-molecular-weight heparin and Xuesaitong.
