声学技术分析腭裂手术时机对语音功能的影响

目的　利用声学技术分析腭裂手术时机对语音功能的影响。方法　将 15 6名腭裂术后患者按手术年龄是否大于 3周岁分为大小年龄两组 ,利用声学分析技术评价并比较其语音功能状况 ,研究手术时机对语音功能的影响。结果　腭裂小年龄组较大年龄组有相对更好的语音功能状况。结论　 3周岁以下行腭裂手术相对语音发育相对有利。

EFFECTION OF SPEECH FUNCTION OF CLEFT PALATE CHILDREN FOLLOWING DIFFERENT SURGERY AGE --A ACOUSTIC TECHNOLOGY ANALYSIS

Objective To investigate effection of speech function of cleft palate children following different surgery age. Methods We divided the 156 cleft palate children to two groups: Elder group (Palateplasty age elder than 3 years age) and younger group(palateplasty age younger than 3 years age). The speech function of all 156 cleft palate children and 9 normal children had been evaluated by acoustic technology. The evaluation include the molds of format; the nasal resonance index (NRI) of chinese vowel /a/ and the incidence of misarticulation.Result The second and third format (F2 F3) of Vowel /i/ and F2 of /u/ is lower in elder palateplasty CP children. the average of NRI of younger palateplasty group is lower than elder palateplasty group. The incidence of pharyngeal and vocal stops and affricatives of elder palateplasty is higher than younger group.Conclusions It is benefit that the first reconstruction age CP children is less than 3 years age.
