| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用高效液相色谱法（HPLC法）同时测定甲硫氨酸维生素B。注射液中甲硫氨酸和维生素B1的含量。方法采用氨基键舍柱，流动相为乙腈-水（50：50），检测波长为220nm。结果平均回收率及RSD甲硫氨酸分别为99.5％和0．9％，维生素B1分别为99．4％和1.2％。结论高效液相色谱法简便、准确，适用于该产品的质量分析检验。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of methionine and vitamin B_1 in Methionine and Vitamin B_1 Inject by HPLC.Methods Amino column was selected and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(50:50),the wavelength of detection was 220 nm.Results The average recovery rate was 99.5%,RSD=0.9% for methionine,the average recovery rate was 99.4%,RSD=1.2% for vitamin B_1.Conclusion The method can be used to determine the concentration of Methionine and Vitamin B_1 Inject rapidly and accurately. |
