上皮性卵巢癌中FHIT和Bax的表达状况及临床价值

目的观察FHIT和Bax蛋白表达与上皮性卵巢癌临床病理因素及患者预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测50例上皮性卵巢癌,20例良性卵巢上皮肿瘤、15例交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤FHIT和Bax蛋白的表达水平。结果 FHIT蛋白在良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤、交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤均表达,上皮性卵巢癌中有表达缺失,二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,在上皮性卵巢癌的高分化组较中低分化组、无淋巴结转移组较有淋巴结转移组FHIT的表达增加（P〈0.05）;良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤、交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌均有Bax蛋白的表达,相互比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在上皮性卵巢癌中,高分化组较中低分化组Bax蛋白的表达增加（P〈0.05）;在上皮性卵巢癌中FHIT蛋白表达与Bax蛋白的表达呈正相关（r=0.400,P〈0.05）。结论 FHIT和Bax蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展及预后中起重要作用,对卵巢癌的预后评价有临床参考价值。

Expression and clinical significance of FHIT and Bax protein in ovarian epithelial cancer

Objective To investigate the expressions of FHIT and Bax protein in ovarian epithelial cancer(OEC) and to explore the relationship between the expressions and clinicopathological characteristics as well as the prognosis of patients with ovarian epithelial cancer.Methods The expression levels of FHIT and Bax protein were detected by immunohistochemistry(SP) in 50 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinomas,20 cases of benign ovarian cancers and 15 cases of borderline epithelial ovarian cancers.Results The FHIT protein was expressed in benign and borderline epithelial ovarian cancers,however,the expression deletion was found in ovarian epithelial cancers(28%),there were significant differences between them(P<0.05).Among epithelial ovarian cancers,the expression of FHIT in well differentiated group was lower than that in medium and poorly differentiated groups,however,which was higher in non lymph node metastasis group than that in lymph node metastasis group(P<0.05).The expression of Bax protein was observed in benign ovarian cancers,borderline epithelial ovarian cancers and epithelial ovarian cancers,but there were no significant differences among them(P>0.05).In epithelial ovarian cancers,the expression of Bax protein in well differentiated group was increased,as compared with that in medium and poorly differentiated groups(P<0.05),and the expression of FHIT protein was positively correlated with that of Bax(r=0.400,P<0.05).Conclusion FHIT protein and Bax protein play an important role in the pathogenesis,development,prognosis of OEC,which has clinical reference value for evaluating the prognosis of patients with ovarian epithelial cancer.
