13例男性乳腺癌的临床资料分析

目的 探讨男性乳腺癌的诊断、治疗及预后特点.方法 回顾分析13 例男性乳腺癌的临床资料.结果 13 例患者中位年龄63 岁.TNM分期：I 期2 例,Ⅱ期7 例,Ⅲ期4 例.激素受体阳性者占73.1%.13 例患者均为浸润性导管癌.腋窝淋巴结转移6例.1 例行乳腺癌根治术,11 例行改良根治术,1 例行区段切除术.获随访13 例,1 例死亡.结论 男性乳腺癌发病率低、发病年龄高、临床分期晚、早期易转移.外科手术联合放、化疗、内分泌治疗是男性乳腺癌的理想治疗方案.男性乳腺癌的预后与临床分期有一定关系.

Clinical Analysis of Male Breast Cancer

Objective To analyze the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of male breast cancer.Methods Clinical data of 13 male patients with breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average age of 13 patients was 63 years old.Nodes.TNM staged I in 2 cases,Ⅱin 7 cases and Ⅲin 4 cases.The breast cancer positive rates of hormone receptor was 73.1%.13 cases were all invasive ductal carcinoma.6 cases presented lymph nodes metastasis.1 received radical mastectomy,11 received modified radical mastectomy,1 received partical mastechomy.Follow-up was completed in 13 cases of which 1 patient died of advanced metastases.Conclusion Male breast cancer has the features of low morbidity,old age,later clinical stage,early metastasis.The operation combined with radiotherapy,chemotherapy and endocrine treatment was a better method to treat male breast cancer.There is a certain correlation between the prognosis of male breast cancer and clinical stage of the disease.
