胃病中各型脾虚证的组织病理学观察

本文报告40例胃粘膜病理观察结果,以探讨胃病中各型脾虚证与组织学的关系。本组60%病例有慢性萎缩性胃窦炎。在脾虚血瘀型、脾胃湿热型及肝胃不和型中,有85%伴急性炎症;脾胃虚寒型中75%伴萎缩性胃窦炎。

Pathological Observation on Various Types of Spleen-Deficiency in Gastropathy

This paper reports the result of observation on pathological changes of gastric membrance of 40 cases, in which subtotal gastrectomy were performed for different reasons.The authors found that all cases have various degrees of chronic gastritis and 60% of patients with chronic atrophic antral gastritis.This may be the pathological basis of spleen-deficiency.In the types of spleen-deficiency with blood stasis,spleen-stomach with dampness and heat and disharmony of the liver and the stomach,85% of the cases show acute inflammation of stomach.This fact shows that the associated acute inflammation of stomach may be the pathological fundament of symptoms and signs of dampness and heat and blood stasis.The patients with prolonged typical hypofunction of the spleen and stomach of cold manifestation may be complicated by chronic atrophic gastritis.
