| 摘 要： | 目的 研究ｂｃｌ－２在肾癌组织中的表达与意义。方法：采用鼠抗人单克隆抗本及ＳＡＢＣ免疫组织化学染色法。结果：ｂｃｌ－２蛋白在肾癌组织中的阳性率为５２．１％（２５／４８），正常肾组织中为１６．１％（５／３１）肾癌组织中ｂｃｌ－２表达阳性率明显高于正常肾组织（Ｐ〈０．０５），但不同病理细胞类型及不同临床分析正常肾组织（Ｐ〈０．０５），但不同病理细胞类型及不同临床分期的肾癌组织ｂｃｌ－２表达阳性率无明显

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the expression and significance of anti--apoptotic gene bCl-2 in renal cell carcinoma.METHODS: Monoclonal antibody against Bcl--2 protein.Streptavidin-Biotin-peroxidase Complex (SABC ) methodswere employed. RESULTS: Bcl-2 immunoreactivity was detected in 25 out of 48 cases of renal cell carcinoma and o out of31 cases of normal control. Expression of bcl-2 in renal cellcarcinoma was higher than that in normal control (P<0. 05 ).Statistical analysis didn't show a close correlationship between bcl-2 expression and clinical stages as well as pathological cell types. CONCLUSION: The result suggests that bcl-2gene was over expressed in renal cell carcinoma and the proportions of expression of bcl- 2 between different clinicalstages and pathological cell types have no significance. |
