北京国棉一厂、三厂有高血压发病危险因素的

目的通过3年卫生健康及心理平衡教育,评价干预前后高血压病的卫生防治知识、态度及行为(KAB)变化.方法对北京国棉一厂、三厂在厂职工3 276例中筛选出的高血压高危个体327例,分成干预组及对照组.对干预组进行有关高血压卫生知识的干预及心理平衡教育.结果干预人群的心理平衡能力普通提高,在有关血压知识、饮食、锻炼及戒烟方面,干预组明显高于对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05);对高血压诊断标准回答正确率由开始的10.7%提高到38.1%(P＜0.01).结论高血压卫生知识的干预是有效的,间接反映了高血压病是可以预防的.

Analysis of hypgienic education in the population above average risk of becoming hypertension in No1 and No3 Peking state cotton mill (PSCM)

Objective To evaluate the changes of knowledge,attitude and behaoior (KAB) of hypertension disease before and after healthy intervention through hygienic and psychologic education.Methods 327 persons with the risk of hypertension screened in 3 276 workers of No1 and No3 PSCM were diorided into intervention group (IG) and control group (CG) then the former was educated about the hygienic knowledge and psychologic balance intervention of hypertersion disease.Results The ability of psychologic balance was raised in IG and the hypertension knowledge,diet,exercises and smoking restraint were more improved in IG than in CG ( P <0.01 or P <0.05),the correct rate of their answering in diagnostic criteria of hypertension changed from 10.7% to 38.1% ( P <0.01).Conclusions The health intervention to hypertension disease is effective and it was reflected that hypertension disease can be prevented.
