| 摘 要： | 目的研究简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)和画钟试验(CDT)等认知功能筛查量表等对阿尔茨海默病(AD)的诊断意义。方法72例AD患者采用MMSE、CDT、AD评估量表(ADAS-cog)进行智能测查,将其结果进行比较。结果MMSE、CDT、ADAS-cog检测对于痴呆的程度衡量基本一致。结论CDT与MMSE、ADAS-cog等结合应用更能很好的快速诊断AD,CDT是较为方便敏感的检查手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of clock drawing test(CDT) and MMSE in diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods MMSE,CDT and ADAS-cog were used to assess the intellectual ability of 72 AD patients.Results Results of evaluating degree of Alzheimer's disease(AD) by MMSE,CDT and ADAS-cog were coincident.Conclusion The examination by combining MMSE,CDT and ADAS-cog is the ideal cognitive screening test for Alzheimer's disease.CDT is easy to use and sensitive for diagnosis. |
