同步放化疗用于宫颈癌术前辅助治疗的疗效分析

目的:探讨卡铂加希罗达单疗程化疗联合腔内近距离放疗的同步放化疗方案,用于局部巨块型宫颈癌术前辅助治疗的疗效。方法:91例局部巨块型宫颈癌随机分为3组。研究组(放化疗组)31例,术前用卡铂 希罗达化疗1个疗程,同期腔内近距离放疗;化疗组27例,术前用顺铂 5-FU化疗3个疗程;放疗组33例,术前腔内近距离放疗。结果:近期有效率研究组87.09%、化疗组81.48%、放疗组60.61%,研究组有效率高于放疗组(P<0.05);研究组与化疗组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:卡铂加希罗达单疗程化疗联合腔内近距离放疗的同步放化疗方案,用于局部巨块型宫颈癌术前辅助治疗,有较好的近期疗效,其远期疗效有待进一步观察。

Analysis the Effect of Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in Adjuvant Therapy for Cervical Cancer Before Surgery

Objective:To study the effect of carboplatin and capecitabine combined intracartary brachytherapy in treating massive type cervical cancer.Method: 91 cases local massive type cervical cancer were divided into 3 groups.31 cases in study group,who were underwent carboplatin and capectabine chemotherapy for one course before operation,with intracavitary brachy therapy in the mean while.27 cases in radiotherapy group,who were underwent chemotherapy with cisplatin and 5-Fu for 3 courses.33 cases in radiotherapy,with intracaritary brachytherapy before operation.Result: The effective rate was 87.09%,81.48% and 60.61% in study group.Chemotherapy and radiotherapy respectively.There's significant difference between study group and chemotherapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion: It's effective for short term therapy to treat local massive type cervical cancer with carboplatin and capecitabine combined intracavitary brachytherapy.
