医学检验专业临床检验技能考核与评价体系的建立及实践

①目的　建立医学检验专业临床检验技能考核与评价体系并探讨其意义。②方法　根据医学检验专业教学实际情况 ,探索了临床检验技能考核模式 ,优化了考核项目 ,制定了考核目标和基本要求 ,建立了医学检验专业临床检验技能考核与评价体系 ,并应用于教学实践。③结果　该考核与评价体系适合于学生的临床检验技能考核与评价 ,经过临床检验技能考核与评价体系培训学生的临床检验技能 ,其考核成绩及临床实习成绩均明显高于未经过该体系培训的学生 ,差异有显著性 (F =5 .6 83～ 12 .347,q =11.90 1～ 18.736 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论　医学检验专业临床检验技能考核与评价体系对培养医学检验专业学生创新思维和创新能力具有重要意义。

PRACTICE AND ESTABLISHMENT OF ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR CLINICAL SKILLS IN CLINICAL LABORATORY MEDICINE

Objective To establish an assessment and evaluation system of clinical skill in clinical laboratory medicine and explore its significance. Methods Based on the practical situation for clinical laboratory medicine, the assessment model for clinical skills was explored; the aim of assessment and basic demand was worked out; and the assessment and evaluation system for clinical skill in clinical laboratory medicine was established and applied to teaching practice. Results The system was fit for appraisal for clinical skills in clinical laboratory medicine. Students who were trained by the system got higher marks, both in technic ability and clinical practice, than those who were not trained by the system; the difference was significant ( F=5.683-12.347,q=11.901-18.736, P <0.01). Conclusion The system of appraisal for clinical skill in clinical laboratory medicine has important significance on cultivating students ability and thinking of making innovations.
