| 摘 要： | [目的 ]验证可用标准曲线法测定极弱二元碱含量 .[方法 ]用标准曲线法测定琥珀酸钠、己二酸钠和间氨基苯甲酸钠的含量 .[结果 ]CKb2 <10 -9,Kb1/Kb2 <2 70倍的情况下 ,用强酸滴定极弱二元碱 ,可以获得满意的结果 .[结论 ]CKb2 <10 -9,Kb1/Kb2 <2 70倍的情况下 ,且CKb2 ≥ 0 85× 10 -12 时 ,分析结果的误差均小于 1 0 % ,从而验证了理论上推导的误差计算公式 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To test and prove right the det ec tion of contents of exceeding weak diabasic alkalies by using stand curve method .?METHODS?The contents of exceedingly weak diabasic alkalies s uch as sodium succinate acid, sodium adipic acid and sodium aminobenzonic acid w ere detected by using the standard curve method.?RESULTS?The s atisfactory results could be obtained when the exceedingly weak diabasic alkalie s was titrated with strong acids at the CK b2<10 -9, K b1/ K b2<270.?CONCLUSION?At the CK b2<10 -9, K b1 / K b2<270 and CK b2≥0.85×10 -12, the analytical result error s were all less than 1.0%, therefore the error calculative formulas inferre d in theory dre validated. |
