| 摘 要： | 〔目的〕大力推行口岸公共场所卫生监督量化分级管理。〔方法〕通过对山东口岸公共场所卫生状况进行检测,并对其实施卫生监督量化分级管理。〔结果〕山东口岸公共场所单位室内环境监测平均合格率96.7%,检测公用物品合格率为85.2%。实施量化分级管理后各项指标得分均有所提高。各项卫生管理指标测评得分率经掊2检验,存在明显的差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。尤其在产品索证、卫生管理档案建立、卫生组织管理制度健全和卫生操作规范方面的提高最为突出。〔结论〕口岸公共场所实施卫生监督量化分级管理效果明显。它可以督促口岸公共场所经营者提高自身管理水平,强化口岸公共场所经营者卫生安全第一责任人的意识;同时又能规范口岸卫生监督制度,提高口岸卫生监督水平,为新时期口岸公共场所卫生监督工作提供了较好的工作方法。建议在全国推广使用。
