多荚草中的两个新单糖苷

目的 对石竹科植物多荚草Polycarpon prostratum的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化，通过波谱分桥进行结构鉴定。结果 从其乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到了两个新的柴胡皂苷类化合物：prostratosides Ⅰ和J。通过波诺方法分别鉴定其结构为3—0—α—L—arabinopyranosyl—16α—hydroxy—22α—acetoxy—saiko—geninE(Ⅰ)和3—0—α—L—arabinopyranosyl saikogeninF(Ⅱ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ均为新化合物。

Two new monoglycosides from Polycarpon prostratum

Object To study the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Polycarpon prostratum (Forssk.) Aschers. et Schwein. ex Aschers. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified on silica gel column chromatography, their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Two new monoglycosides, named prostratosides I and J were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract, their structures were determined to be 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-16α-hydroxy-22α-acetoxy-saikogenin E (Ⅰ) and 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl saikogenin F (Ⅱ), respectively. Conclusion Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ are two new triterpenoid saponins.
