大黄白糖散对大鼠烫伤皮肤的修复作用研究

目的:观察大黄白糖散对大鼠烫伤皮肤修复作用的影响,以评价其治疗烧烫伤皮肤的疗效。方法:取深Ⅱ度烫伤模型大鼠64只,随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、大黄白糖散低剂量组、大黄白糖散高剂量组。每组16只。阳性对照组:涂抹美宝湿润烧伤膏,大黄白糖散高、低剂量组:分别涂抹大黄白糖散软膏0.5 g、0.25 g。每天涂抹药并观察记录创面愈合时间,连续18天。分别于涂抹第9天观察创面愈合时间,并各组取6只大鼠烫伤皮肤做HE染色切片观察。结果:与空白对照组比较,大黄白糖散高、低剂量组大鼠烫伤皮肤结痂、脱痂以及完全愈合的时间均缩短(P0.01),并且高、低剂量大黄白糖散均能显著改善烫伤皮肤病理形态。结论:大黄白糖散对大鼠烫伤皮肤创面具有较好的修复作用。

Dermatic Repair Effect of Rhubarb and Refined Sugar Powder on Scald Rats

Objective- To observe the effect of Rhubarb and Refined Sugar Powder on the healing ot rat scald skin for the evaluation of its therapeutic effect for dermatic burn and scald. Methods： Aixty-four skin scald model rats were randomized into blank control group, positive control group and high andlow-dose Rhubarb and Refined Sugar Powder groups（n=16）. Positive control group was given Meibao moisture burn cream, high and low-dose Rhubarb and Refined Sugar Powder groups were given 0.5 g and 0.25 g Rhubarb and Refined Sugar powder on the scald skin for 18 days. The healing time for the scald skin was recorded, and dermatic pathology was observed after HE staining 9 days after establishment of the model. Results： In comparison with the blank control group, high and low-dose Rhubarb and Refined Sugar Powder markedly shortened the time for the incrustation, decrustation and healing of scald skin（P 〈 0.01）, and relieved the dermatic pathological changes of scald skin. Conclusion. Rhubarb and Refined Sugar Powder is effective on improving the healing of rat scald skin.
