针刺联合中药离子导入法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的:观察针刺单用及联用中药离子导入法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法:选择在本院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,共112例,随机分为2组各56例。对照组予单纯针刺治疗,观察组予针刺联合中药离子导入法治疗,比较2组腰椎功能障碍指数、疼痛评分、疼痛程度、生活质量评分等。结果:治疗后2周、4周观察组腰椎功能障碍指数均低于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组平均疼痛评分及重度疼痛比例(3.57%)均低于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、总体生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺联合中药离子导入法可以有效减轻患者的腰椎功能障碍及疼痛程度,提高生活质量。

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis for Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture alone or together with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： A total of 112 lumbar disc herniation patients admitted in our hospital were equally randomized into two groups. The control group was given acupuncture therapy alone, and the observation group was given acupuncture together with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis. After treatment, we compared the lumbar Oswestry disability index, pain scores, pain degrees quality of life ratings in the two groups. Results： After treatment for 2 and 4 weeks, the observation group had lower lumbar Oswestry disability index, mean pain scores and severe pain incidence than the control grou（P 〈0.05）, and had higher scores of physical function, psychological function, social function, and the overall quality of life（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis can effectively relieve the lumbar dysfunction and pain of lumbar disc herniation patients, and improve their quality of life.
