益气养阴解毒方治疗乳腺癌术后骨转移一例报道

近几年来，乳腺癌在我国的发病率呈明显上升趋势，术后复发患者中60％～70％出现骨转移，针对乳腺癌骨转移5年以上中医药门诊治疗的跟踪报道相对较少。作者采用益气养阴解毒方加减，对1例乳腺癌术后骨转移患者长达8年的中医门诊辨证施治过程进行研究。治疗后，患者神疲乏力、腰部疼痛、夜寐不安、食欲不佳、大便秘结、口干口苦等症状逐渐缓解消退。治疗8年后，患者下肢知觉正常，并能行走，骨无疼痛，食欲精神均可，体质量增加11kg，收到较好的临床疗效。

One case report of postoperative bone metastases after treatment of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction to breast cancer

The incidence of breast cancer in our country shows obvious rising trend in recent years, and bone metastases was found in 60%- 70% patients with postoperative recurrence. The follow-up reports in accordance with the outpatient treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on postoperative bone metastases of breast cancer for more than five years were few. The process of syndrome differentiation treatment on a case of patient with postoperative bone metastases of breast cancer diagnosed in the outpatient of Longhua Hospital and treated with Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction for 8 years was reviewed. The symptoms of debilitation, waist pain, restlessness at night, loss of appetite, constipation, dry mouth, and bitter mouth of the patient were gradually faded. The appetite and spirit, and gained 11 pe kg rception of lower limb is normal to walk. The patient has no bone pain with good in weight. The treatments has a good clinical effect for eight years
