| 摘 要： | 通过分析《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中"为欲愈""必自愈""为欲解"等相关条文,提出"欲愈证"概念。欲愈证在症状上多表现为汗出、小便利、大便解、手足温、欲得食等,根据"天人相应,因时欲愈""自然疗能,因日欲愈""积极治疗,因药欲愈""邪去正复,因食欲愈"等不同情况,既要积极治疗使机体阴阳趋和、气机得畅、脾胃复健以向愈,又要避免过度治疗而致病情迁延。
