苦参酊剂外涂治疗真菌性外耳道炎的疗效观察

目的观察苦参酊剂治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效。方法将78例患者分为治疗组（32例）和对照组（46例），分别予苦参酊剂及3％硼酸酒精滴耳液局部涂敷。两组疗程均为14天，分别于治疗结束后1个月、3个月评价临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后1个月及3个月的总有效率分别为87．5％、81．3％，对照组分别为82．6％、73．9％；组问治疗后1个月及3个月的临床疗效差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论苦参酊剂治疗真菌性外耳道炎疗效良好、稳定，可替代3％硼酸酒精滴耳液用于治疗真菌性外耳道炎。

External application of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis tincture for the treatment of fungal otitis externa

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis tincture in treating fungal otitis externa. Methods Seventy-eight were divided into two groups： treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by Radix Sophorae Flavescentis tincture, and control group in which 46 cases were treated by 3% boric acid alcohol sol, with the course of 14 days. The clinical efficacy was observed 1 and 3 months after treatment. Results In treatment group, the total effective rate was 87.5% for i month after treatment and 81.3% for 3 months after treatment. In control group, the total effective rate was 82.6% for i month after treatment and 73.9% for 3 months after treatment ; no significant difference was found between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Radix Sophorae Flavescentis tincture has positive stable effect on fungal otitis externa. It is hopeful to replace 3% boric acid alcohol sol in the future.
