现役士兵吸烟及其吸烟心理状况调查

目的探讨现役士兵吸烟现状，了解吸烟心理，为部队开展控烟和健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用自拟一般情况调查问卷和Russell吸烟原因问卷对160名士兵进行调查分析。结果士兵吸烟率为60．26％，城市籍士兵吸烟率显著高于农村籍（P〈0．01）。100％的士兵都认为吸烟有害健康，其中95．5％对吸烟的危害有一定深度的认识，愿意戒烟者71．28％，无所谓10．64％，不愿意18．09％；感觉戒烟不困难22．34％，有些困难但能克服35．11％，很困难42．55％。士兵、一级士官、二级以上士官Russell吸烟原因问卷的心理意象、手口活动、享乐、镇静、刺激、瘾各因子分经方差分析均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论士兵吸烟率较高，不同级别士兵的吸烟心理有所不同，对士兵开展控烟工作势在必行。

Investigations of smoking and smoking mental status in soldiers on service

Objective To explore the smoking status quo in soldiers on service and understand smoking mentality in order to provide basis for extending controling smoking and health education. Methods Investigations and analyses were conducted in 160 soldiers with the Self-made Questionnaire（SMQ） and Russell＇s Reasons for Smoking Questionnaire（RRSQ）. Results The smoking rate of soldiers was 60.26%. The smoking rate of the urban soldiers was higher than that of the rural ones（P〈0.01）. 100% of the soldiers thought that smoking was harmful to health, 95.5% had a certain understanding of smoking hazard; willing ex-smokers were 71.28%, soldiers who don＇t care 10.64% and unwilling ex-smokers 18. 09% ; soldiers who sensed that smoking cessation was not difficult were 22.24%, difficult but surmountable 35.11%, very difficult 42.55%. There were singificant differences in mental imago, hand-mouth activity, enjoyment, calm, stimulus and addiction of the RRSQ among soldiers, first-level, second-level and above sergeants via analysis of variance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The smoking rate of soldiers is higher, soldiers of differents levels have distinct smoking mentality, and it is imperative to control smoking in soldiers.
