西安市出血热疫苗接种控制出血热疫情效果分析

目的评价接种流行性出血热双价疫苗控制出血热疫情的效果。方法选择西安市出血热高发的6个区县，在2004-2006年度对16～60岁的高危人群进行出血热疫苗的免费接种，比较2004与2006年的出血热发病情况来评价免疫接种的效果。结果共完成接种483504人次，抽样调查接种人群的疫苗阳转率为45．6％。6个区县出血热发病率有所下降，试点区县的出血热发病率由2004年的16．88／10万下降到2006年的11．09／10万。结论经过3a的出血热疫苗免费接种，西安市6个高发区县的出血热疫情得到一定程度的控制，但除周至、户县外，其余地区的人群接种率仍未达到要求，应进一步加强人群出血热疫苗的接种。

Efficacy of EHF Vaccine on EHF Epidemic Control in Xi''an

[Objective] To analyze the effect of Bivalent EHF vaccine on the control of Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever （EHF）. [ Methods] Chose six districts in Xi＇an with High-risk of infecting EHF, inoculated EHF vaccine for free among 16 -60 years-old people in High-risk of infecting EHF during 2004-2006 and then estimated the effect by compare the incidence of EHF in 2004- with that in 2006. [ Results] 483 504 people inoculated totally. Spot check displayed that the EHF antibody positive rate was 45.6% in vaccine group. EHF incidence of the six districts decreased from 16.88/lakh in 2004- to 11.09/lakh in 2006. [ Conclusion] After three years of free EHF vaccine inoculating, EHF Epidemic of six High-risk districts has been controlled at a certain extent, but inoculation rate of the districts other than Zhouzhi and Huxian , did not reach the requirement. Thus, EHF inoculation should be further strengthened.
