电针足三里与内关公孙不同配伍对胃黏膜损伤大鼠NO EGF的影响

目的:观察电针足三里与内关、公孙不同配伍对胃黏膜损伤大鼠表皮生长因子(EGF)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响以了解不同配伍其效应有何差异。方法:60只大鼠随机分为6组,即足三里组、足三里配内关组、足三里配公孙组、足三里配内关公孙组、模型组、空白对照组,每组10只。用无水乙醇按0.6mL/100g灌胃,造成胃黏膜损伤模型。各组检测胃黏膜EGF、血清和胃黏膜N0含量。结果:各电针组胃黏膜EGF含量明显高于模型组(P<0.01),血清和胃黏膜NO含量高于模型组(P<0.05);足三里组、足三里内关组、足三里公孙组之间没有显著差异,而足三里内关公孙组对比这三组均有显著差异。结论:电针足三里与内关、公孙不同配伍能提高胃黏膜EGF含量,促进NO的合成与释放,起到对胃黏膜的保护作用。内关、公孙与足三里单独配伍没有明显地增效作用,而两穴合用时可有明显增效作用。

Effect of Electroacupuncture of Doorifferent Point Combinations of Zusanli Neiguan and Gongsun on Epidermal Growth Factor and Nitricoxide in Alcohol- induced Gastromucosal Lesion Rats

Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture of different point combinationsof Zusanli(ST36),Neiguan(PC6)and Gongsun(SP4) on epidermal growth factor(EGF) and nitricoxide(NO) in alcohol-induced gastromucosal lesion ratsfor studyingdifferent protective actions of different point combinations.Methods:60 rats were randomly and evenly divided into Zusan li(ST36),Zusan li(ST36)and Neiguan(PC6),Zusan li(ST36)and Gongsun(SP4),Zusan li(ST36)and Neiguan(PC6),Gongsun(SP4),model and control groups.Gastric mucosal injury model was induced by intragastric infusion of dehydrated alcohol(0.6mL/100g).The content of EGF and NO of gastric mucosal tissue and the content of NO of serums in each group were detected.Ruslts:EGF levels of gastric mucoucs tissues in each electroacupuncture group were obviously higher than those of model group(P<0.01) and NO levels of gastric mucoucs tissues and serums in it were increased significantly in comparison with model group(P<0.05).There were not significantly difference among Zusan li(ST36),Zusan li(ST36)and Neiguan(PC6),Zusan li(ST36)and Gongsun(SP4) groups.And group of Zusan li(ST36)and Neiguan(PC6)Gongsun(SP4)were significantly difference in comparison withthese three groups.Conclusion: There findings suggest that the possible mechanism of cytoprotection of electroacupuncture of different point combinationsof Zusanli(ST36),Neiguan(PC6)and Gongsun(SP4) was that EGFand NOlevels in gastric mucoucs tissues,serums NO levels were increased.Particularlly,Combination of Zusanli(ST36),Neiguan(PC6)and Gongsun(SP4) hadthe strongest protective action on gastric mucosa.
