| 摘 要： | 目的 评估直肠癌术前CT扫描的价值。方法 经病理证实的 5 2例直肠癌患者行CT检查 ,观察其CT表现 ,并和病理作对照分析。结果 CT显示中晚期直肠癌 5 2例。分期正确 43例 ,占 82 .6%。结论 CT对早期直肠癌无明显价值 ,而对中晚期癌肿价值较大 ,可指导临床手术和治疗方案的制定。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the preoperative CT scan of rectal carcinoma.Methods Fifty two cases with rectal carcinoma were proved by pathology and examined with CT. All of the CT features were observed and compared with pathology.Results The demonstrated rectal carcinoma was 52 cases in middle late period. Staging of tumors were accurate in 43 cases (82.6%). Conclusion CT is not valuable for rectal carcinoma in early period. But it has important value for rectal carcinoma in middle late period and helpful in selecting of the appropriate patients for surgery or other treatment methods. |
