| 摘 要： | 采用热板法和醋酸扭体法证明腹腔注射蝎毒多肽０．６５０，０．４３３ｍｇ／ｋｇ能明显升高小鼠痛阈和减少小鼠的扭体次数．腹腔注射蝎毒多肽０．４３３，０．２１６ｍｇ／ｋｇ能明显对抗蛋清所致的大鼠足肿胀；连续７天腹腔注射蝎毒多肽０．２６０，０．１３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ能明显抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成；腹腔注射蝎毒多肽０．６５０，０．４３３ｍｇ／ｋｇ能降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性

| Abstract: | Analgesic effects and antiinflammatory effects of scorpion polypeptide(SPP) were studied.The experimental results indicated that SPP ip 0650 mg/kg or 0433 mg/kg markly prolonged the time of licking hind paw,decreased numbers of writhing induced by acetic acid and inhibited peritoneal vascular permeability induced by acetic acid in mice.SPP ip 0433 mg/kg or 0216 mg/kg dramatically depressed inflammatory swelling induced by egg white and declined granuloma weight induced by cotton pellet if it was ip 0260 mg/kg·day or 0130 mg/kg·day for 7 days in rats.The mentioned consequences suggest that SPP has analgesic and antiinflammary effects. |
